Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981 at Cape Town South Africa is an actress and model. Her appearances on TV films and shows are among her most notable work. Brandt made her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. She started her acting career as a New Zealander who appeared on Diplomatic Immunity. The actress appeared on numerous television series in the last ten years including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen on the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to Auckland with her family when she was in her late teens. The path she took to her career started as an actress in print commercial advertisements. Before her rise to recognition as a model, she was employed in sales at retail and also served as an expert in recruitment for information technology. She landed her first featured performance in the year 2009 on the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played the character as Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she had her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. The role she played was that of the slave girl Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena she was back in the role of Naevia. Craig Parker co-starred in three television series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 along with her.
